Hey so you can checkout wise and stripe platforms. Unfortunately, this is not related to copywriting. My audience won't relate to it much. But there are already videos on this, search and you'll find tutorials on how to setup international payments :)

There are multiple softwares to do everything: You can use gmail or any social media to send your email copy to the client. Once you close them, you need to do an onboarding call (create your process) and to fix your charges, find out the industry prices and match them - increase or lower based on your experience and results
