This explains a lot of the police officers misconduct in Arizona. When the judge, Prosecutors, and State Commission are all dirty and cover up for each other the police, especially Mesa police, have it made in the shade.

1. Dave, keep at it, this is brilliant journalism. 2. MCAO admitting they didn't know about the case is basically the same as admitting incompetence instead of malice. Nice levels of professionalism, especially for people who want to sentence other people to death. (Also, I for one, don't believe it's incompetence, it's simpler to be malice because they never expected to get caught).

How about the fact that the judge and the public defender are working together to have a continuance written down as if the defendant ask for it so the time frame stop running against the state. That's how people end up spending weeks and months sitting in jail waiting for the next court hearing. Because they plot together for the continuance never telling the defendant that by getting this continuance you wave your time frames. This is a big problem
@007prerry2 жыл бұрын
Post-conviction relief will get you nowhere because that too is a conflict of interest because they let the sentencing judge do the post conviction decision. There's a lot more funky stuff going on that I know about
@kduke9162 жыл бұрын
There is so much wrong in other departments of the County also. Try getting an inspector out to investigate flooding damage to properties caused by neighbors doing work to private roads, and finding out said inspectors just happen to be friends with those doing the work that caused the damage in the first place. The reply has almost always been, "the road looks good". This has been going on for several decades in my area. And the higher ups usually pass the buck.

Arizona exceeds any good ol boy states in the south. The reason Arizona cops and prosecutors think they have the authority to fabricate crimes and dismiss the constitution has a lot to do with the knowledge that the judges will sign off on their actions. Most citizens can't afford litigation, so the wrongdoing gets a conviction and doesn't go any further. They all collect from the same pool.

Its legit all county judicial systems...ot only gets worse in smaller towns, county funded public defenders...the same place prosecuting is paying the defense...hmmm wonder if that leads to public defenders pushing clients to take plea deals....it puts money into the county from fines amd costs, not to mention that many probation/parole officers do their best to keep people on the system so they can keep feeding the beast. All the while getting away with the crimes they all commit, because details are conveniently left out of reports....where I live in somerset county PA out current DA is facing some major charges over harassment, stalking...and others....a couple other women came foward with allegations but then changed their tunes and withdrew them, hmmm wonder why...bet someone coerced that, with some kind of repercussions....

There are certain jobs and positions in America if you have them you are responsible no matter what. Example: Captain of a ship or submarine. No matter what any crew member does with or without the captains knowledge. The captain is still responsible, period. Being a District Attorney is also one of the jobs. The judge and the District Attorney along with whichever assistant d.a. involved, all should lose their law license, permanently.

America should put a BOUNTY on corrupt government employees. We need to force these criminals to submit too public interviews upon request from our media to explain actions in question. Offer cash amounts to the American public for discovery of corrupt activity. arrest and seize or freeze assets. Investigate family members. This includes judges and cops. Never allow backroom meetings to decide America's future. give the people a chance to ferret out corruption.
