Jamaica celebrates 60 years of Independence August 2022. Emancipation Park, which celebrates freedom from slavery, was opened August 1, 2002 (Emancipation Day).
Come tour with us the beautiful gardens set in Kingston, Jamaica, and remind ourselves of the history we must not forget!

Good Afternoon! Once again, you've scored. Always love your content. I love Emancipation Park. I would often stay at the Courtleigh Hotel; my room often overlooked the park. I would faithfully get up at 6:00 am in the morning to do laps around the park. I love the utilization of the park, always some type of activity. I especially Love, Love, the flowers and how the Park is WELL kept. Keep up the great work!! Thank you 💓

The months of July and August are best as the poincianas are in full bloom. It's also a great time if you love mangoes! Thanks for watching !!
