Hey guys use these progressionu to create melodies and ideas for talk music. Also if you struggle playing in all of your keys use the circle of 4ths/5ths when modulating to learn chord relationships. This will teach you how to borrow chords.

I really wish I could play as well as this. Seeing you play it on all keys fluently is mind blowing. I’ve been playing the piano and I’m only fluent on C# so I tend to transpose a lot to that key😢. But this is encouraging. The B flat had a nice bass rhythm by the way😂. Good job
@EmanuelBlancoPiano2 жыл бұрын
You’ve got this! It’s all a matter of repetition and muscle memory. Try to push yourself not to use transpose even if you sound worse in a key you’re not familiar with.

How long did it take you to play the 12 keys?
@japhethjames28612 жыл бұрын
Just practice a chord progression that contains all the chords of that key and do the same for all the keys and you will experience change even in a month
@unqlegregg82462 жыл бұрын
You don't have to take long if you know all the keys they are being used differently on other keys , simple , what's difficult for me is to include scales
@eleazerugwu1002 жыл бұрын
@@unqlegregg8246 for the scales you need to practice your scales on all keys. Learning scales would be a lot easier than learning chords once you start.
@BlessedOne6862 жыл бұрын
I think you can learn with 3-4 months. But it’s a skill your always improving.

Hi Emanuel. Could you make a tutorial on how tu play "A ti sea la gloria" by Marcela Gándara. i love that song and it seems that there is no video on advanced harmony about this song. It would be awesome if you can make a tutorial my friend. That is the one that is left in your channel. Cheers and blessings...

Jazz is 'enharmonically blind to an extent' but let triads (and 7ths be triands'. Eg either C# E# G# or Db F Ab

You are in D flat major ,not C# major, especially if you talk about C and F chords. If you want to really think of it in C# major ( which is not recommanded ) you have to call them E# and B# . great video as always otherwise !
@fireskEye2 жыл бұрын
either way...just pick one and be consistent. if you start with C#, your third chord is technically a B#, followed by E#...A#...D#...G#. If you want to call that last sequence F...Bb...Eb...Ab...then you'd start with DbMaj...Gb...C.... This is a very standard jazz progression. see "Autumn Leaves' or "Fly me to the moon", or even "I will Survive".
