I was here with my lady mid 2020 for dinner, and the service was the poorest ... I called to make a reservation but on arrival i had been ghosted. No apology , no big deal , waiters/receptionist wearing masks half way , and while talking to you or taking your order they seem to be elsewhere, and to proof it i asked the waiter what my side dish was to be and walaa out of mind.

I can approve this, I also went there last year September, I was there like one hour without waiters even noticing me.

Thank you for sharing. I've just watched another video from a former employee and he says that the employees are not treated very well. It's an old video so I hope that they (Ole Sereni) have changed the way they treat their staff. You cannot expect your staff to treat customers well if they are not being treated well. Of course there are 2 sides to a story so I hope Ole Sereni management and especially HR are reading this and will hopefully bring in a private consultant to listen to both sides.

I guess it’s changed a lot since your review, because its much nicer than you describe. I just got here from the States and spent both Sat & Sun evening on the rooftop at Emara. Its def worked out alot of kinks that happen with new establishments.

I thought it is only me. I went there last year september, I spent an hour seated rooming aroud taking pictures and the waiters seemd unbothered, wait until an Indian and his fiancee came in, they went to them for service immediately.
