hehe one acre and a mule .... or in your case a kitchen with a garden and a lovely solarium for entertaining ... my daddy always said be careful what you wish for because you just might get it.... i had for many years in my head this place... this lovely old mansion with french doors that opened out to a second floor balcony shaded by a huge old draping willow tree... of course i got what i longed for... along with big daddys bail bonds right accross the street... and.... more... heheheh..yes
