Not a issue of wind you added weight which it was not designed for.

Like the aircraft but mine "exploded" after only a few flights during a normal Bettafilght Air Mode landing. Somewhat bumpy landing but not at all unsual. The SUPPORTS are made from NYLON and stripped out. Pieces and screws went every which way. I'm replacing them with METAL. Lost one of the camera supports during the incident. 3D Printing another one. Having to design it myself. Unable to find one online. Can't wait to get it back in the air. Really performs. Hopefully it will hold up this time after fixing the DESIGN FLAW. 2s is about as big as you want to go on this class aircraft. Have a couple 3s in this size, too awkward.

2:10 in this fotage you didnt use the batteries that came with it.. i know this cuz my batteries can't hold 8 volts after takeoff.. They drop to 7.8 as soon as i touch the throttle and if i punch it on full charge (4.25v each cell), they drop to 6.3 volts.. Am i doing something wrong?

@@MaiOnHigh the props came pre-attached to the quad in the kit i bought. i also struggle with getting flight times more than 3 min. Getting the "LAND NOW" warning at 5.8 volts only to land, disarm and discover that the batteries have 7.4 volts left without the load of flying. I'm a very sad panda... Could it be the temperature? ive ever only flown in freezing temps.

I had VERY bad luck with mine. A motor broke on 8th flight in a half speed crash into grass D: now I have to wait 40 days for a replacement, I hope it really was just an exception and the motors are stronger normally!

I love this quad but after 1 Month i got horizontal black lines when i arm the quad in video feed. When i throttle up it gets a little worse. I dont know what to fix i tried many things. And i think the capacitor is still working it defintely charges up i measured 2V after 2minutes on time (after disconnecting lipo). Dont know what to do to fix it.

Have you checked the cables? Is any of them loose? This is usually happening due to cable issues. And power filtering. Is maybe capacitor broken or lose?

@@MaiOnHigh I think the capacitor is okay.... as i said i definitly is connected and charging, but i couldnt measure the 7,4V on the capacitor.... i dont know if it could mean that its damaged inside. Other than that i tried so many things like putting the camera to the side away from everything. Still the same thing. Even seperated the AIO from the Frame to check for vibrations...nothing better. Tried another camera, same thing. Shortened the camera wire, same thing. Im at the point that i dont know what to do anymore.

@@MaiOnHigh is recently noticed that one wire to the motor is very loose and close to break (at solder point). But i dont think that rewiring that fixes my problem. Since any motor causes this problem (tried every motor by itself via betaflight)

Usually when you see the lines mean power issue. It may be that there is something missing in FC, capacitor issue or wiring issue. We can go to detail with this. Can you send me a picture of the AIO to [e-mail]? We'll figure it out

Hi! I don't personally like eachine products that much and if you want something that flies well - I'd do tinyhawk. Not sure about a whole gopro on it but insta360 go does well 😅

Just bought one and set it up but it bounces when landing on the ground,,and are the props suppose to spin on arm up ?

You can set up in betaflight if you want the props to spin on arm up or not. It is a manual drone so it will bounce when landing unless you are greatly skilled in landing. I personally just disarm some cm above the ground.

I`m using on my FreeStyle2: -HQ Durable Prop 2.5x3.5x3 (Light Purple) -Ummagawd Grip Pad for the Lipo`s -Tattu R-Line 500mAh 3.7V HV Lipos -BT2.0 Connectors -Lumenier Micro AXII RHCP -Panta Pocket Cam Mini instead of the Insta360.... its cheaper ;) A total Blast now but it was even out of the box a hot freestyler and so much fun ;D it looks now like a 5" Quad but its only 2.5" :D LOL!!

Props out make just 2 big differences. Camera is clean + if you go through branches - chances are bigger that you get out 😅 No performance changes. Especially on such small things

Change the ph connectors for xt30 and run 520mah for more punch and air time. Remove the vtx and fit the crossfire/unify mod from tinysleds. Order more base plates because noobs will need to replace them. Also fit a caadx baby ratel for better res. But all round it’s a fun park quad. X

@MaiOnHigh tell me about it lol. I just learnt why my TINYHAWK III Freestyle is not going back to idle etc because it's default settings in BetaFlight are in AIR MODE. So I'm going to remove the air mode feature and try fly it normally. Do you ever travel to Australia for FPV races/ comps? You have an amazing channel. Wish the 03 air unit aspect of having to purchase the goggles and fpv controller wasn't so expensive but I'm more into the cinematic aspect of Fpv. So hopefully once the 04 air unit is released the 03 will drop in price including the transmitter FPV 2 and goggles... Keep up the amazing work!

It flies good but damn those motors have bad design..my first crash resulted in the winding "pulling out" because the wires are fixed into the bottom using flexible silicone, not hard glue or resin. Sigh. Nothing like trying to purchase three-hole-mount motors. An you say proprietary?

Great video, as usual, Lexie. I'm loving the Insta360 Go 20g camera now, seeing how small it is, 360 degrees and there's 3D printed mounts available to purchase now. As-far-as the wind, I think the aggressive EMAX props are partly to blame. But, I don't know how strong were the winds you experienced. I'll go based on how strong the trees & your flags were moving. :) I just got the same EMAX 2.5" props and will test it out with my 2.5" YELO frame I built soon. Keep the HD videos coming with the Insta360!!! :)
