Glad EMAX is still making these beginner RTF kits. I learned using their tinyhawk 3 and it was amazing. It's one of those where once you learn you can give the kit to friends and family since you'll grow out of it pretty quick. I like everything about this except the new battery connector...like did we really need another one lol what's wrong with BT2.0 or A30s. I feel like it's just a gimmick so we end up having to buy new batteries and chargers.

Wish something like this was around when I started FPV!

EMAX is still one of the few companies that target their products for beginner pilots and we need more like this from other companies too.

Nice to see good beginner kits like this at a reasonable price. Thanks for the review Albert.

It's the EMAX TinyTank... or NanoTank? Wait, maybe WhoopTank or TankWhoop?

I like NanoTank.

Interesting how different it flies in angle mode with the low rates. I guess anyone can do this to make it more beginner friendly.

Yeah, this is what I tell beginners all the time for the past 5 years or so.

Great little learner quad As for the plug , if its non transposable and light weight cool , if not then its just another monopoly on battery's

I have to agree that a new battery connector is a pain, even for beginners. But the heavier weight shouldn’t be a big deal for beginners if it results in more durability.

I like the long antenna and VTX power, but the weight is disapointing with over 23g (NanoHawk 21g, Mobeetle6 17g) and that without a carbon frame.

This is not meant for someone like you. They made it heavy for durability for beginner pilots who will crash a lot. I expect most pilots who are past the starter stage will go for one of the many other much lighter options out there.

@@AlbertKimTV yes of course it's made for beginners and that's were the weight comes from, but if it's similar to the NanoHawk (no pusher) than I would spend the extra money on a normal Tinyhawk. It's much much easier to learn and fly for beginners than a NanoHawk style copter.

Awesome flying and review, Albert! 😃 But a new connector? Seriously, Emax? Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊

Nice beginner drone kit. Everything you need to get going. I've had good luck with Emax products. 👍😎

I think this is the wrong product to release a new plug with. Would be interesting on a performance oriented quad to see if it offers any performance benefits compared to BT2.0 equipped race quads. Though I doubt it would. Cute little quad either way.

If the plug is open source and in the end cheaper than BT2.0 it could break into the market.

@ The thing is, so is the A30 connector. And I don't think manufacturers are keen on switching plugs again after it took years to get away from PH2.0. I'm afraid Emax might be late to the party with this one.
