Hi Ivie I just found your KZbin. My husband and I just did Sydney to Hawaii on the Wonder. It was a fabulous trip! We were in room 2626- and the same noise happened to us! - and many around us (we found out later!) we went to guest services and complained (and we are the same - we hate complaining and don’t do it lightly) and were moved. We were moved to a cabin towards the front same deck- and definitely no noise. I was in cabin 2100 on the short sailing before and had no problems either. Guest services were amazing but it was lucky it wasn’t a full ship. This issue needs to be addressed.

LOL totally agree they shouldn't play the song from Titanic on a cruise ship. Excellent video! As someone who has never been on a cruise I really appreciate you showing so many things to see what you do on a cruise. I liked seeing all the different spaces and food. Great video! The clacking part of the sound sounded like when the hangers bang together when the ship is moving. No idea what the other noise was though!

We are doing the reverse of this cruise next year! AND I was just about to book room 2086 until I watched this!! What was the other room # you were transferred to before going to the 6th floor?? Was that room okay? What deck would you recommend for an Oceanview?

We’ve stayed on deck 2 before with no problem, so this was new! We were 2086 on deck 2 and I honestly liked the layout SO much more than the one we were transferred to. I believe we were in the 256-‘s. You can see on the deck plan how there’s bumps into each room. It was noticeable trying to get around the bed. I can’t imagine they wouldn’t fix that noise and have people in the cabins for a year. Deck 6 was nice, but you noticed the motion a lot more. I’m sensitive to motion since I get motion sick, AJ didn’t notice anything 😂 Deck 6 forward was much quieter in terms of foot traffic, but I did not like having the adjoining door. I would look for something without an adjoining door if you can! That’s why 2086 was so appealing!

Omg! While AJ was talking about his sidecar, I was thinking, "Isn't it bad luck to play the theme song for Titanic on embarkation day of a cruise?!?" And then you said exactly what I was thinking. I literally said out loud, "Thank you, Ivie Anne!"

Why do so many people talk about the star directions????? It is SO MUCH EASIER to just look at the map. North is forward and South is aft. OR OR OR If the map look right side up then you are headed forward. Also the ships...if they are right side up then forward , if they are upside down, then you're walking aft.

I always look at the stars because that’s usually what’s right outside of my stateroom door. So I take a peak while I’m still getting the lay of the land. You’re right about the map and ships, but there are more stars than maps. 🤷🏻‍♀️
