My wife and use to love cruising. She de eloped Alzheimer’s a couple years ago and we had to stop. We only needed 6 more days to be Diamond when we had to stop. It was fun while it lasted. Have a great time you two, and Happy New Year.

Glad you enjoyed your trip, we went from Jan 20-27 and only got to 2 ports, Cozumel and Mahogany Bay (Rotan), missed Costa Maya😡🤬, 5 days at sea, only reimbursed 18$ for port fees, but paid 1,200-1,300$ for the Trip, Carnival dropped the ball. Beautiful ship!

If you meant the check in time on your boarding pass was 10:30 to 11:00! That is not, I repeat not your boarding time. That is only the time you are to be at the terminal to checkin for your cruise. Boarding times are never printed on your boarding passes only the checkin time for the terminal!!

Yes someone already pointed that out. The point I was trying to make was that the arrival times from 930 thru 12 were all in the terminal at the same time. Sorry for the bad choice of words

This seems to happen in many of the homeports! Our last cruise from New Orleans we had a 10:30 to 11:00 checkin. We arrived to the terminal at 10:15 and the representatives all were saying anyone with a checkin time from 10:00 to noon just go straight inside! So some of those guest sitting in your video may have had a later checkin but could have let them in. It should state on the boarding pass where the boarding zone is (boarding will commence once ship is cleared)

@@rickyalexie3649 Yes. Come to find out there was a big production going on because it was the first sailing. There were a few Galveston Government folk and some higher ups from Carnival there. No worries tho it was a great cruise

I think we booked that exact parking garage for our Jubilee cruise. Is there an elevator or is that skybridge open to walk across that road?

Yes the sky bridge is open . A friend of ours takes it often. I'm not sure of an elevator but I would think there would have to be .

Your check in time was 10:30 not your boarding time.

I understand that but when arrival times for 930 to 1230 are in the terminal all at once , you can not hear the announcements and there was not near enough room to accommodate that many people. No worries tho. It moved well once they started boarding

If everyone has a passport except for our 10 year old, do we have to go through the non passport line and is there a big difference in lines?

one person would have to go to birth certificate line with the child. the lines vary. I have seen when the birth certificate line was quicker and vice versa
