During intensive operations, they (and their escorts) need to perform Underway Replenishment (UNREP) for ammo, food, spare parts, and (for the escorts) fuel. That normally happens every 3-5 days. There is also the need to move to less dangerous areas to perform system maintenance. Even in ultra-high intensity combat they will normally only conduct strike ops 2 days, then 1 day to replenish & perform maintenance.

I think the Abraham Lincoln was also struck. It arrived on station in July and in less than 6 months on station near the Red Sea suddenly departed for the Indian Ocean and then off of China with other carrier battle groups leaving nothing in the Red Sea - Strait of Hormuz right when Iran and Israel were trading rocket strikes. Remember that the carrier CVN-78 Gerald Ford's cruise was extended twice in the Mediterranean staying to protect Israel (it was too far from Ukraine to be able to do anything).
