Why is so much precious time of the Court wasted on such elementary aspects? The judge did his best to give a quietus to the issue but even the senior advocate's response was dismal

Because he has alleged the same that his signature on vakalatnama is forged. The court cannot move further if an elementary aspect is forged and wrong. Stop and think before saying anything.
