Amorim has to be flexible. He should have continued with the system Ruud was getting success or kept Ruud as interim assistant coach till end of season. Though the team was still shakey under Ruud,but they seemed to work better than ETH style..and also,either Amorim seems not to favour the 433 formation OR he doesn't know how to execute that formation... personally,I doubt if 343 with 3 defenders will work in the EPL.

What kind of a manager is he that can't adjust his game plan to the current state of the team and players? This guy is only winning over the media with his press conferences and not winning any games. thats a short term thinking, adjusting the plan is what was ETH doing to compensate not losing too much. and after few seasons he's still doing that. this is what you get by not sacking ETH in the summer. they are basically doing a pre season in the middle of the season right now. if you saw the game its logical to sub zirkzee off, he's atrocious in that position. they lost bruno and put his trust to play zirkzee there but it wasnt working.
