It will last you for 3-4 months. You will have a lot of expenses when you arrive in italy. You have to be very social and I recommend you to know Italian before you arrive here at least A2 level

You don’t tell them about your scholarship! NEVER! By your showing your bank statement you are telling them that your tuition will get paid and if anything happens one of your family will take accountability.
