Embedding Power BI Reports in Web Pages

3:45- Ok, but what if you want to fiddle with the size or design around it, like...is that all you can do in html? My friend uploaded a dashboard for me with that html code, abd it's just ...very ...simple looking. Very bare. The tabs aren't there, and i want to see each page on a different part of the web page. Like i want to write an explanation under each report.

I think the data set for the report has to be configured for an automatic refresh for example every 15 minutes.

Sux. Doesn't work with live data. Once you click publish, the report is like a snapshot, it doesn't query the DB again....

Reply from Dan Buskirk: To the best of my knowledge, this cannot be done using just the desktop. The generated web code must have access to web services since it cannot access the functionality defined in your pbix file. You can do this with a free Power BI subscription if you like. It is also possible to do this from Azure if your organization has an Azure account.

No, you don't, in fact I was looking why I can't do this with a pro Version and I was able to do it with the desktop Version

Thanks for a great video!, wanted to know if anybody has encountered the issue i'm having with i-frame embedding of secure power bi: In our web page, after the power bi report i-frame window is open for about 45 min its login off showing the "sign in" button. When a user try to click sign in the i-framewindow is not responding unless we refresh the i-frameurl on our page to make it reload on our page , only then user can sign in again. Anybody knows how to deal with this issue?i didn't find anything in the power bi community center.... thanks!! :)

I was working on embedding, I had the same doubt, did you find a solution? Currently I am only able to change the landing page or the default page but unable to show only a particular page.
