my hair is growing average it seems but im happy. I went back to doing the basics wash , deep condiiton with heat and still twisting. i do it every other week instead of every week.

i love that you are hydrating and moisturizing your hair once a week. have you had a trim recently or does your hair seem like it could benefit from a tweak or two in your routine? sometimes our hair will reach a plateau, and we will need to look at our techniques and products and ask ourselves if there is something that can be elevated.
