People when you live Uganda to abroad don't think the people you've left behind are just lazy ,stupid or dormant ..you all know the situation we work in,the EXPENDITURES are bigger than the INCOMES🤨the taxes are extremely high , price of commodities increase every hour and then!..Majority we wait for a monthly salary payment which indeed will be even smaller than the debts you'll be having, not like you guys who are being paid after some hours, so don't expect us to achieve our goals that quick. Don't minimise, insult ,provoke or mock us, all we need is encouraging and strengthening words......IN GOD WE TRUST THANK YOU👏👏👏👏.

Life failures are in every country, but America offers the most economic/ financial opportunities on earth if you are legit. Academically qualified Ugandans are in Europe & Asia slaving for menial jobs like cleaners and maids, in America and the Greater Boston Area in particular that is not the case. Even the uneducated are well paid. Your tribe does not qualify you for anything as is the case in Uganda. In fact, I personally I don't know of any munyarwanda professional in the Boston area, the most qualified have known are CNA's(nursing assistants) But all other ethnicities from Uganda can be found in all sectors of the professional spectrum from a Harvard professor to production of the Daily show not to mention MD's , nurses and a principal of one of the most prestigious high school in the city of Boston ( cathedral High school).

This man second on the left is very right, low productivity and high expectations in Uganda. The working day is too short yet social time is long. You find managers and top officials who turn up late for work, leave their coats on their chairs, go to lunch then spend two hours at lunch basically working 4 hours a day. That means everything that was dependent on him is left for another day and another and another etc. You find that tradition of laziness. How can a passport office take ages to process passports which are done on line, for example?

Thanks for the show, it reflects the real challenge s of Uganda, points at lack of employment. One of the panelist pointed at use of only 12 hours day time no night work for most of Ugandans thats very real. The idea of Using funds or money to make money is developmental, they looked at aperson who buy s aboda for buisness, this can be expanded to using even 100m to make money not wasting alot of money on luxurious buildings for only sleep thats for all, then investing in agriculture all that is needed is correct strategy to get rewards and it breeds employment

Though working 24hrs a day is NOT healthy. The body needs to rest. Check the bills these guys need to pay and how much they save? I dont condemn travelling for opportunity abroad but it should not be our number one choice. We should also bear in mind that life is hard out there.
