It is a shame that most of these governors have travelled out of the country and mostly to the West where they see little things put in place so what stops Umahi from putting traffic lights here to control the traffic so as to reduce any impending accident or unwarranted traffic in the future.

My apologies but it doesn't seem like they are being obeyed...this is where Umahi can come in and implement CCTV on those traffic lights and anyone found violating will go to court and pay a huge sum or have their vehicles seized, meanwhile Driving schools should put in place where people learn and also take exams in the future....Accidents is highly likely with what I see here.
