This journey has taught me to trust the process. Looking back at my first loc journey while creating this video, I realized just how much my doubts and insecurities were all in my head. I quite literally look the same as I did my first journey, there was nothing wrong with me then and there is nothing wrong with me now. This time I plan to enjoy every stage of this process, even when my locs are fuzzy and unruly. I understand that they are slowly growing and forming into something even more beautiful, just as I am, even on my most difficult days. So on the days when you look in the mirror and you think about quitting, just remember that it is temporary, and that your hair is beautiful in all of its stages.

Honestly I think you should go with Sisterlocks they look more kept versus traditional locks were basically it looks like you just don't want to do your hair you don't want to keep yourself groomed

Thank you for your suggestion! I think the sisterlocs require far more upkeep then I'm able to commit to at the moment!
