Since becoming a student, Rebecca has found that the education system in her country, the United States, does not accommodate her abilities. As an adult diagnosed with autism, she struggled to find consistent employment. In her speech, she demonstrates how the study and work culture globally fails to account for neurodivergent people.
As the Founder and CEO of Neuroinclusion Hub, she has enabled more than 100 neurodivergent people to find gainful employment and trained corporations to onboard neurodivergent talent. 🧠
