@ you must be chuffed you have the video to look back on! I echo the comments about a video on training / nutrition / gear / how to get your body into a position where it can withstand >100hrs! TOR is a bucket list race and your account is one of the only ones where it looks like you managed to enjoy the majority of it without it becoming a slog! So I bet there would be some golden knowledge that you could pass on

Fantastic video. I did TOR 330 this year too. Coming from Southeast Asia without cold weather, I love those incredble snow moment. Really felt like mountaineering. What an absolutely incredible achievement! And a truly wonderful video. I’ve just watched it twice, from start to finish, to take in all the grandeur and beauty and challenge and pain- truly inspirational! I have lots of questions about training and preparation, kit used, nature of your quad injury, recovery process, mental tricks to keep pushing through etc etc etc. I’d love to hear you describe some of that in a reflections video on this mighty effort….Hard to imagine what’s next to top that, but I’m sure you’ll find something, and we’ll all enjoy watching you do it, and perhaps try to emulate something similar……Thanks so much Paul😊
