Hey everyone! Welcome back to the channel. Today, we are going to tdive into one of my now all-time favorite performances from Taylor Swift's 1989 world tour.
This performance truly captures the essence of Taylor's ability to transport her audience into a world of magic and love.
The moment she starts singing, you can feel the raw emotions in her voice. The visual effects, with the changing lighting and the ethereal backdrop, only add to the sense of enchantment.
As the performance progresses, Taylor's energy is infectious she captivates everyone in the crowd. It's like she's inviting her fans to relive those memories with her.
It's the way Taylor connects with her audience on an emotional level. Her lyrics speak to us, reminding us of the power of dreams and the beauty of love.
By the end of the performance, Taylor leaves the stage in a blaze of glory. It's moments like these that remind us why we love her so much.
So, what did you think of this incredible performance? Let me know in the comments below. And if you enjoyed this video, don't forget to like and subscribe to my channel for more Taylor Swift content.
Thanks for watching!

I appreciate that you share so much of yourself with us when you connect to her lyrics. Yes, there is a reason she's as huge as she is, and this is one of them. Her live shows are always, always amazing, whether it's a huge production or acoustic. I'm excited that you called yourself a "lyric fiend" because wow you have SO much to explore! I recommend the Folklore Long Pond Session - My Tears Ricochet, Cardigan, The Lakes, Peace -- I'm positive you'll appreciate the lyricism.

You are close to what instruments she plays, acoustic, electric, and 12-string guitar, piano, banjo, and ukulele. I think it is possible that she may play other instruments, like drums, maybe violin.

I'm 40 and have been a fan since her first album, for her masterful storytelling and lyrical poetic genius that is visceral and relatable. I just quietly listened to her for years because I didn't want to deal with the digs from others or have to justify why I liked her over and over again, until this past year when I just decided I didn't give a shi* what anyone else says or thinks. By no stretch do I think everyone has to like Taylor swift. She may not be everyone's vibe. But at the same time, she has so many different genres and sounds on her albums, that it's hard to imagine most people hating every single album. I think most people who go around hating on Taylor, often for reasons that aren't even accurate (e.g., she doesn't write her own songs, she has no talent, she can't sing, she's dippy and only writes about boys and breakups, and the myriad of other comments I've read about her appearance, her character, that she's a manufactured product of a record label, etc.) have never actually listened to more than a few radio singles, and don't even really pay attention if they have heard a song. The criticisms I often read, clearly demonstrate that the person has no clue what they are talking about and didn't even bother to do a quick Google search to fact check something before they go spouting off, trying to stir the pot. For most people, if an artist isn't your favorite sound, or they know very little about that person, they would just keep scrolling. But something compells a huge number of people to pause when they see a random video or article if Taylor on social media, and leave a comment about how much they hate her. I can't even imagine making the types of comments I saw on harmless innocent videos of her, on videos of other artists that I'm not familiar with or that I may not care for. At any rate, I think a lot of people who have never truly listened to Taylor, and just hate her blindly for God only knows what reason, would be surprised if they actually listened to more of her albums and songs closely with an open mind. There is so much depth to her song writing, and when people try to sum up her first 10 albums and entire body of work based on a few songs like shake it off, we are never getting back together, Tim McGraw, or 22, they really have no clue what they are talking about. Not saying those aren't good songs too, but most of her best songs were never radio singles. It's ultimately their loss, and they can like what they like, but I just wish they would learn to keep scrolling and get a new hobby that doesn't involve spreading unnecessary and unsolicited shade about the people they hate. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Sorry for the long rant! I just found your channel this week and I'm enjoying your Taylor swift reaction videos and thoughtful respectful commentary! 🫶🏼

I feel the same way. But have listened to her since day one, and during that time I turned my now 23 yr. old granddaughter into a Swiftie. We went together to see the film, turns out she was hiding the fact that she was into folklore and evermore, she sang every song, except Marjorie, which was a skip, because she thought it was a sad song. Great rant.

Enchanted was used for her Wonderstruck perfume ads. Enchanted was written after she met a guy who is in a group called Owl City, he sang a response song using Enchanted to respond. Wildest Dreams has an awesome MV.

That feeling you’re describing makes me think “seven” would hit you in the ribs the way it always gets me. If you watch the Long Pond version, you oughtta watch the interview, too, if only after your initial reaction. It always hits me like a sledgehammer. So does “The Best Day” and “Never Grow Up” but there’s no good live performance of those that I know of. This isn’t Taylor, but the roadtripping also made me think of like. Have you heard Halsey? Halsey’s albums are best listened to in order imo, but “Drive” sorta captures that feeling for me. Anyway, love your detailed reactions to these songs and how you go back to parts of the song. Sorry if I’ve suggested songs you already listened to-drop me a link to those reactions if so, though. :p KZbin keeps trying to give me any old T Swift reaction when I specify a song in the search bar for some reason.

You should check out the Speak Now World Tour (and start with Enchanted cause it's what's mashed into Wildest Dreams on 1989) Taylor has been a performer since day 1 (look up the should have said no song live she goes hard on some dope drums) Each of her albums are called eras in the fandom cause she makes it feel like that way lol I recommend as many live performances as you can, they're all great imho lol love your videos!

You Need to listen/react to Taylor's song This is Me Trying, The long Pond Sessions ~ try to include the into about the song before because she really talks about some great mental health issues that so many go through. Such a beautiful song!

That was a great mashup of her two songs- I had never heard that she did this mashup before. Glad to see your reaction and experience this with you. It was cute seeing you so wrapped into it, that yous started singing along as soon as you recognize the pattern. ☺️

So many new channels have started reacting to Taylor the last month, and so many of them act like they enjoy the music (which is easy to enjoy,) but I can see them talk over important lyrical moments, over and over. Your connection to the lyrics of Enchanted, which started this mashup, was what I love to see in reaction videos. Thank you for opening up about yourself and how this lyric means something to you. When the Eras tour comes online in a couple of weeks, watch the performance she does of Enchanted, it’s stirringly beautiful. Keep digging into Taylor’s massive library, you’ll find so many more lines and passages which resonate with you.
