So you can't just grab a file off the internet. For brother embroidery machines they read PES files. I mostly buy them from etsy.

Great work!!! I have 27 hats to embroider and my machine keeps pullling from the bobbin thread. I read that it is the tension and I tried to correct it but it didn't help. I'm not sure what to do now. Has this happened to you before? Any suggestions?

@@Evelyn5474 Honestly, I let someone play around with the tension and correct it for me. Its fixed but I really have no idea what she did and I don't think she does either. But it does work now. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Omg check Pink Bird embroidery. She shows you how to fix the tension and saved me $189. That’s how much it would be to service!

How do you convert an art design to the machine?

You have to get someone to digitize it for you and put it on usb

You have to make sure the image isn't bigger than 4x4

This machine only embroiders 4x4 inches so no, you could with the brother pe800 which embroiders 5x7 inches.

Yes it can , there’s a continuous mode on it , I don’t think she’s covered it , maybe it came without Manuel since she got it second hand I just found out mine did more than 4x4
