Hello please guide me... I have purchased used one janome MC 11500 special edition embroidery sewing machine. And i don't have pc link tools cd... Please confirm that where from i can got that software to connect my pc with with my machine.... Thanks

Hello my drivers on my tool CD is it downloading to my PC I do have Windows 10 I went to Janome website and use the update after I actually install the other older version the 1.3 it isn't downloading the USB drivers and my machine is not reading or connecting with my PC have you heard of this problem and do you know what to do I would appreciate your help I just bought my Janome 11000 SE
