This is my favorite percussion show of all time, hands down. The pacing and the flow of this show are both perfectly done. It is exciting and interesting throughout, there aren't any dull moments, and the designers somehow managed to throw cool moment after cool moment at you throughout the program. From triplet rolls on one leg, to high distance behind the back stick tosses, to a moment that is literally just 8 measures straight of duplet roll at pianissimo, and all of it is fantastically done. The level of excellence that seeps out of these performers is incredibly high as well, I cannot for the life of me understand how they managed to make that triangle drill segment so clean across the board. They even end it with a seventeen-let with the pattern RllRRllRllRRllRll-R, which is one of my favorite measures to play on my own. It seems so impossible when you are learning it, but it flows so well in the hands once you get it down. Overall, legendary show. I managed to see it live my first year out to WGI finals, and I think this show above all others influenced and shaped my love of this activity.
