FIRST COMPETITION OF 2023 ✅

Sorry that there hasn't been many uploads the past month but promise I will be better in 2023. Starting with today's vlog where we head to Chard Equestrian for our first competition of 2023. Still chasing that qualifier to get the winter champs of Arena Eventing.

Ah, this was so lovely to watch! Chard is my local venue (10 minutes away😃) so it all felt very familiar 😌 Wow, you and Addie have such a good partnership now, you both have the same game face 😂 Amazing progress in such a short time! Next time you come to Chard please get in touch - if you stay there in summer for a stay away show you can use our swimming pool if you like!

What a way to start the year 🔥 keep making, working, and achieving those goals. Remember the lead really won’t matter if she’s using herself properly and moving in balanced manner. Of course it makes it easier but not necessary. Try slight opening rein over fence in direction you want lead. Help influence the lead before you land. If you try this method you MUST keep working on straight line after fence and not let horse assume direction change after fence. Great riding Emily. Addie was super ⭐️. Tina was lovely barn fairy groom 😃 love you’lls friendship and yes! Barn Gossip pod cast is great idea.😊

We got hit with the flu on Christmas day be the new years weekend our 8 month old was in hospital battling for his life because he was so sick after he came home he got pink eye and a sinus infection
