In my opinion, I believe Frank enjoyed Emelia and went on to brag about it. Because if he didn’t do it, then Emelia should have sued him rather than using Friends in the Police to intimidate him. This is defamation of character and if it’s not true, you go straight to the law courts. It has nothing to do with the Police. Emelia is a nice woman and I’m sure many men desire her. so I'm happy for Frank that he was able to enjoy her. But he should not have bragged about it.
