Emerald Hill Zone - Sonic 2 | Epic Orchestral Arrangement

This was tough when I first started it. I almost gave up on it but I ended up not being able to leave it alone and had an absolute blast in the end. It features some really talented Soloists (Tyler Myer on the trumpet and Emma Kramer-Rodger on flute) and I even managed to get my hands on some samples from a Sega Megadrive/Genesis so there's a couple of ' Sonic ring collects' in there as well as some granular synths created from the ring collect sound effect - extra points if you hear them ;). I would play all the Sonics relentlessly when i was 12, 30 years ago. Every nights, every week ends (so much so that my grades turned to sh1t at school, and that my parents took the console away from me). I can't tell you how my heart melted when i heard this tune, thanks a million man :D
