Great video Alex! I love watching you play EM4 so much that I hear your voice in my head when I play EM4 . Based on my 20 year old medical knowledge (I was a paramedic back in the 90s) the first guy's EKG showed V Tac you should have shocked him. In this mod it seems the key to always having the doctor is not letting him go back into the hospital. Once you call him just keep him on your ambulance. If you don't want to keep him hostage he has his own car on the side of the hospital as well.

Back when this mod was known as RTS Bieberfelde, I had to "fake it till you make it". A lot of of virtual citizens died as a result of me administering the wrong treatments.

Since you had the monitor on you should have shocked him.. I know that protocol wise you need to have a doctor but in this game you have to break the protocol in order to succeed.. ( or just wait for him to arrive) I'm also an EMT like you used to be..

The ratio is different in RTS because the interval assumes a five minute block so it works out to the 6 compressions and three ventilations
