For clarification, this mod (as it was in 2015) did come out and some of its assets have since made its way to other mods such as Mayberry. However the latest version of the mod will stay private between THVFD, his first responder brothers, RedBeard and Alex. His team (including myself) do have a few ideas for a public release mod but that's something we're not even sure we can commit to due to the current world situation and how several of our content contributors and THVFD himself are first responders/frontliners.

A. This mod isn't public as of yet, that is up to the author if they'd like to release it. B. I believe the version from 2018 was alpha. This is a very new and updated version given to Alex by the authors.
