The reason there are so many cars; REALISIM. If it is a bomb threat, all police cruiser/supervisors in the area would respond. It is high priority. You would have atleast 20+ cops in the area. As well as multiple fire trucks/ambulances. LOGIC.

Install 'Additional Units Submod'. Its also made by Hoppah and adds more vehicles to the LA mod. V1.3 supports LA mod 2.1

You think this is a lot, if this happened in LA the National Guard might have been called in and there might have been even more cops and checkpoints. This many cops are not needed to complete the mission but realistic.

Dont need the mod installer, just manually download the files and manually drag them into the required files.

Go to amazon buy the hard copy CD version, do not buy 911 First Responders download, the mod installer doesn't work

Voice Of Freedom try uninstalling the game you might be missing a file, but before you do that make sure you save all of your mods so you don lose anything, and thank you i will be making more videos once i get a new program to record gameplay

i see your intelligence on realism is a lie. let me explain, REALISM, it didint need many police vehicles for the mission but it was for realism. in real life it would of had around 30 or 20 so of law enforcement. checkpoints would be left right center every where to catch the suspect. so i suggest you research on how the LAPD handles with bomb threats.
