Emergency Alert System (EAS) - Child Abduction Emergency (Amber Alert - Nebraska) . 8.2019

This is a Child Abduction Emergency (Amber Alert) that was broadcasted statewide across Nebraska during the month of August 2019; using the Emergency Alert System. Two rebroadcasts are seen, via a Trilithic EASy Plus (with a CG character generator built-in). No true rebroadcast happens here - the Trilithic only rebroadcasts to a dummy, internal IP address.

@MightyJKF Because it has a BNC coax-out on the back for monitoring... I convert it over to VGA and get the monitoring channel from there :) . It's a lot better than having your TV running all the time, tbh ;) ~ ^_^
