Emergency Alert System Test - September 6, 2023

I was watching some Candlepin Bowling on KZbin on my Big Screen TV, it was Wayne Alden vs. Gary Carrington. As I was watching, I was going to see what Wayne Alden was going to bowl next in the 10th box, but then the Emergency Alert System came up for a monthly test. So I decided to record this test as I was watching. Now, as you can see, there will be a message in Spanish as well.
