A restaurant I used to work at had an app sampler of mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, and a mini portion of our bbq nachos. Which was perfect because the full order of nachos was too big for one person. To this day is still the perfect app sampler to me. I'd get a free meal when I managed and this my go-to. Sometimes I'd snag a bun and some pickles from the kitchen and make a sandwich out of the tenders. If I had to make it 5 options, I'd add tator tots and pretzel bites.

Best app sampler: -Fried pickles -Artichoke spinach dip -bacon-wrapped / coconut-crusted / or garlic-sautéed shrimp -Greek lamb or pulled pork sliders -Korean (double) fried chicken wings I win.
