So maybe this is a dumb idea, i don't know how long it takes to build/modify a model but I thought you could change the internal structure of your models to make the crashes more diverse/different. Maybe have 2-3 Versions of every model so the points of failure can be different even though it looks the same. Could change things up.

you can watch tutorials or get some mods and learn from them

for the skins they are just mods (graphics), they are usually listed in the blueprint and are just subscribe to download. very easy he usually has friends controlling the other planes and stuff. also shootdown vids are largely in thanks to this one mod called i think besiege custom scene mod, which lets you remove the border, fog, and load the big mountain maps u see
