This looks like pituitary tumour with orbital pseudotumour involvement..I'm convinced it is benign and that's why he's still alive but since the cranium is small,tumor whether cancerous or not will need space to enlarge and thus his raised intracranial pressure symptoms...I hope he get treated asap..his cranial nerves are gradually being involved that's why he cannot feel sensations on his face and I'm praying it doesn't go to the respiratory center looking at the way he's breathing

@@serwaaadjei6624 yes please my dear, most at times pituitary tumour if we resolve it,you can regain your sight back,you know the pituitary gland is enclosed in the sella turcica and it is just on top of the optic chiasm and that is where the optic nerve crosses to form the optic tract to the geniculate nucleus and go through the long vision process..so if a tumor of the pituitary which is mostly benign goes down the chiasma it presses down the optic nerve and you can loose sight,also mind you the anterior lobe secrete a lot of hormones notably among which are the thyroid and sex hormones,he's very irritable and sweating too so it is possible he's having hyperthyroidism..it is not too late he can be saved..Serwaa I'm a 5th year medical student at knust,you can e-mail me any medical related questions so we learn together,so we get off this post and discuss into details..
