Correction: Emergency provisions are taken from GOI 1935, not from Germany. From Germany, we adopted the suspension of Fundamental rights during such emergency.

In India, national emergency has been invoked three times: 1. On October 26, 1962, during Indo-China War on ground of 'threatened by external aggression". National emergency under article 352 2. On December, 1971, during India-Pak War on the ground of external aggression. 3. On June 26, 1975. This time the proclamation was issued on the ground of “internal disturbance” threatening the security of India. State Emergency has been declared several times. No Financial Emergency has been declared till now.

Regarding Art.352 its written if president is not satisfied with security of india means agar president india ki security se satisfied nahi hai to National Emergency declare kar sakte hain.
