In this video , Emergency Bulb Driver Circuit is explained . Emergency Bulb Driver operates in 2 mode - 1) AC DC Mode ( with AC Power is ON ) 2) Emergency Mode ( with AC Power is off ).
We have Explained both modes with circuit diagram.
In Emergency Driver circuit , we have to look for Both IC pin functions which we have covered in this Video.

On ac supply can we use another 9w mcpcb in place of bulb's original diffected plate?

We can use 9 W MCPCB plate... But it will not glow on battery mode when ac supply turned off.

@@tekogyan one dc supply original fitting pcb is working good, and I would like to use another mcpcb 9w in place of faulty AC mcpcb circuit.

2.7ohm के 4 smd रजिस्टर का स्थान है केवल 3 ही लगे हुए हैं, एक शायद गर्म होकर गिर गया होगा, वही होना चाहिए?

हा... वही रसिस्टर गीर जाने से करंट ज्यादा आ राहा है... Mcpcb मे

2.7 ohms ka hee resistor laga do... 2.8 ohms - 3.2 Ohms tak bhi chal jayega

Cell charge / discharge Current depends on Battery Capacity....So in general we gave information on Battery Management system

एसी सप्लाइ पर 100 VDC आ रहा है परन्तु एमसीपीसीबी बहुत अधिक हीट हो रहा है। 9w की पीसीबी सहन नहीं कर पा रही है। क्या किया जा सकता है?

आपको करंट सेन्स रेसिस्टर की value बढानी पडेगी... ताकी pcb कम हीटिंग हो

अथवा नया एसी डीसी इन्वर्टर एमसीपीसीबी क्या मिलता है, यदि हां तो लगाने पर चल सकता है क्या?

नया लगाओगे तो अच्छे से चलेगा... लेकिन नंबर ऑफ LED & LED का series / parallel सेम होणा चाहिये जो पहला MCPCB मे है

AC DC ड्राइवर मे जो IC लगे है... उसकी पास मे करंट सेन्स रेसिस्टर होते है... आपको datasheet से pata चल जायेगा

Cell plus minus me shock nahi lagega ...kyuki usme voltage 3.3VDC rahta hai....lekin phir bhi bare hand se power devices ko touch karna avoid kare

Hello Sir , components ki values aapke led PCB k specifications k hissab se change hoti hai...isliye hum circuit diagram me mentioned nahi karte...

Hello Sir , 3 Pol Output aur 4 Pol Output wale inverter Board ka circuit diagram same hee rahta hai....4 Pol Output me GND aur Negative k liye separate connection rahte hai aur 3 Pol Output me GND aur Negative ko Circuit me common karte hai
