Emerging Directions in Black Studies: A Fireside Chat with Doctoral Students

On behalf of the Stanford African and African American Studies (AAAS) program, we are excited to invite you to our upcoming panel entitled “Emerging Directions in Black Studies: A Fireside Chat with Doctoral Students” on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, from 5 PM to 7 PM via Zoom.
Assistant Professor of Theater and Performance Studies and AAAS faculty fellow, Dr. Aileen Robinson, and AAAS grad fellow and GSE Ph.D. student, Darion Wallace, will be moderating the event, which will include a state of discipline address, lighting round research presentations from panelist, and an interactive question and answer segment.
Doctoral students participating in the event include Melaine Ferdinand-King (Brown), Nnaemeka Ekwelum (Northwestern), Jameelah Morris (Stanford), Zenzile Riddick (Harvard), and Jordan Mulkey (Northwestern).
