The tanker portion actually looks pretty good to me it looks far more industrial and less like it's made up of a bunch of incredibly hard to line up pieces of plastic besides in the movie that part of the vehicle was always covered up by the tarp so it's technically movie accurate

The best thing you can do is leave the UT figure in robot mode and alien attack one in truck mode. I think that is the best way.

Although UT did achieve a good-looking bot mode, they had to sacrifice the alt mode for it. This might be the first movieverse UT figure I've seen that doesn't go out of its way to nail both the bot and alt mode, especially after their Nero.

I really like this version of megatron..... This does seem to be the most cohesive design yet. However the wheels seem too small in robot mode and the color seems a little bit green ish maybe the lighting .... the trigger on the Gun is backwards and not a big fan of the pock marks on the face

I would say that Unique Toys wins hands down in terms of sculpt, engineering and quality of materials. Personally I like the paint on this one a lot as well, but that’s more personal preference. Alien Attack has a better truck mode though.
