I am Dr. Tie Chen, currently employed at Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, China. I served as a postdoctoral researcher under Emil from 1994 to 1999. In the upcoming days or weeks, I plan to use this platform to express my gratitude and acknowledge the profound impact that working for this exceptional scientist, doctor, and human being has had on my life.
