Pro VS Pro || Facing my nemesis

Matilda is back, and this time the fight is on.
The rules for the challenge are: we each get to take turns on picking a boulder. If you do your boulder and the other person doesn't, you get 1 point. If both of you do the boulder the score doesn't change, and if the person who didn't pick the boulder is the only one who does it you get -1 points. First climber to make it to 3 points, or the one with the highest score after 14 boulders, is deemed the winner.

Any reason why you wear the regular Drones vs. the Drone CS most of the time? I was thinking thinking of buying the CS but would be interested in reasons you prefer the standard drones.

They recently released the Drone 2.0, and so I've been trying them out for a while now. Can't really figure out which I like more.. they're quite similar once broken in, but the 2.0 gives a bit more support on small footholds. The CS on the other hand is godlike on smears, so I might switch back and forth a bit. Also, I have incredibly sweaty feet, which makes a softer shoe a bit worse over time

Great Video! Is it generally okay to use the holes for screwing in the holds / does it differ from gym to gym?

It's almost always allowed! In comps and in gym. Bolt holes on the other hand are rarely allowed though. I wouldn't be surprised if some gyms have a ban on using the screw holes, but in the industry as a whole it's quite standard to climb on box edges and screw holes on comp climbs
