I think possibly what people are missing is that this young guy has built a business and employed people to do the running around. Also it's obvious due to the length of the episodes it doesn't show all that he does day to day. I can only speculate but due to him selling rare watches and clothes he probably has to also fit in a personal life, there are only so many hours in the day people. Finally I would also speculate that he has hundreds of clients messaging him each week, not all A list athletes and celebrities that he needs to sort out also.
