In the web novel we go a bit more indep about the dream Echidna, it turn out all of the witches in there except for Satella is her, so the crying Echidna and the motherly Minerva is technically the same person. (Sorry if there's something inaccurate it's quite a will since i read the WN)

I gotta catch up on the WN as well, because to my knowlegde Minerva and Sekhmet also have some sorta of connection with Emilia herself, which I guess only time will tell before we reach arc 11
