Although what Emi Yusa (Emilia Justina) did to Sadao Maou (Satan Jacob) was pretty uncool, at the same time she was justified to do that in order to make him understand on how does it feel to lose a love one. Remember on how upset Emi was in Season 1 Episode 4 when she told Maou about her father and everything he did in Ente Isla. Edit: Everyone keeps on saying to me “But Emilia’s father is still alive” and “That still doesn’t make this okay for her to do”. All of you need to remember that this was BEFORE everyone found out that Emilia’s father is alive. Throughout the entire Season 1 and the majority of Season 2, the Ente Isla inhabitants believe that the Demon Lord had killed Nord Justina. Your “But Emilia’s father is still alive” reason doesn’t work here because I’m stating the fact that we all knew BEFORE the truth was revealed. I completely understand what all of you are saying about and I strongly agree. Maybe “justified” isn’t the correct word to use here. It’s more like I acknowledge the reasons on why Emi Yusa (Emilia Justina) had done that to Sadao Maou (Satan Jacob). However (just like the rest of you), I was also completely pissed off at Hero Emilia for pulling a stunt like that. In fact, I even go far to say that my respect for Emi Yusa (Emilia Justina) had significantly dropped after this.

It's official..... Devil is a part timer is the worst anime ever.... Despite of it's good quality manga.... It's thus far the worst modern Japanese animation ever made..... Such a let down. It actually looks like an 80s anime show, how do they not ashamed showing this on air? If I was the Mangaka that allowed this thing to happened, I would probably be disgusted. Imagine you make a good art pieces, and then someone else try to recreate what you made by pooping and spitting on it. What makes me more annoyed about this is the animators still getting paid. They should not get paid for making this lousy piece of garbage. Even in the 90s anime quality are better. Whoever animate this anime is a disgrace to all animators, they should quit their jobs and repent. They ruined something that should be a decent wholesome anime into a pile of shit

Honestly while I love the anime I have to agree with you I hate the art style, the old one was so much better. Bu in its defense a lot of anime are doing a art style change and they are downgrades. As for the animators getting paid, that is a bit of a stretch, they are just doing there job, so leave them out of the story. Overall yeah the story is fun, but the animation really just sucks ass. ************************************ MASSIVE SPOILERS************************************************************** It was until the ending of the light novel and the story just went down the toilet.
