I wondered what the video meant for this song, and after I read the lyrics translation, I feel maybe the way she is very small in the beginning shows that she feels small and lonely, and the way she is pulling herself apart is showing her becoming self-destructive or depressed because of her loneliness. And then when the hands come to her and sew up her open wounds, this is like her being found by someone that's making her feel loved, so at the end of the video she is a normal size. I recommend reading the translated lyrics or listening to her english cover, I'm not sure if this is the true meaning, but looking at it this way makes the video more beautiful to me.

Interesting. My thought is that, as she says " my love " and at the same time she says her heart is deserted, my thought is that she feels uncomfortable and lonely without being able to explain it even though she loves someone. That is a complex feeling but many persons may have felt it though. It is not rare at all. So as she says she is leaving her love, she is at the same time suffering and hurting herself, and at the same time freeing herself...that is why flowers come out from her wounds. For me, the lover is good to her (he helps her heel her wounds) but by telling him very simply that she quits, she has acquired his help and she has grown up at the same time. I don't know if that make sens...but I like the clip this way too :)
