My 6 year old didn't like the new Mary poppins. There are several faults with it 1) the Mary Poppins character was not consistent with the original character from the 1st movie. Her voice and clothes were too different. They had based her on the book for the 2nd film. that was a , mistake. Most people only know the 1st film. 2) The long work supercalifrsg. . . . . should have been used in the 2nd film. That made the 1st film so much fun 3) the song "A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down" should have been used in the 2nd film again. these 3 things would have made the 2nd film better and more popular. All other films like star wars and the back to the future sequala and rocky film, all keep consistent to the 1st film(s)
