Thank you so much Linda, that means a lot! ❤❤❤ hand care is pretty simple but I do follow a routine which has definitely helped with maintaining thick, but flexible length. I oil in the morning and night (cuticles, hands, and underneath the free edge to keep them bendy in case I bang them on things. I use Baroness X Royal Oil) and throughout the day I use a hand cream since I work in a lab and the soaps I have to use are very harsh (the last few months it's been Baroness X's Fixir Elixir). And every weekend I use a cuticle remover for 7 minutes (about two years now it's been the same brand, Sally Hansen in the green tube- the one that has aloe in it). And then I file right after. I noticed that if I carry a glass file with me all the time, as long as I buff off any snags I get I can spare length and keep them growing. I think the big 'secret' is to keep the underside of your nails moisturized so they are flexible as I have really porous nails that get very dry so they'll snap if I accidentally hit them on something. Also, during the week I make sure they've got thick layers of polish on them to protect them as I only work on swatching during the weekends. I hope that helps! ❤
