I really feel like Emilys character is underrated. People notice all the social butterfly ones and Emily doesnt get much time on the how either, while, I think, shes the strongest character on pll.

sarada hokage I still personaly think that Emily... Okay Spencer's situation is harsh but also Emily's.. especially right now after last episode and she seriously finally deserves love and she is the strongest one.. definitely in season 7. But it's my opinion. I respect yours

It's not a competition guys. Though Spencer may seemed to have been affected the most, having gone into blue-screen mode when Toby seemed dead, Emily's girlfriends actually died, and kept getting shipped off. It's a different kind of feeling when they choose to leave, like Toby did all those times, for a bit at a time though, than when they're forced to go, like Paige and Maya were, but still painful. Emily is the strong, stoic and stalwart type and that's why it may not look like she's suffering (though to be fair she didn't even cry at Alison's funeral so I don't think that one was a blow as much as a sigh of relief to finally have some semblance of closure) but there's a lot going on under the surface. And Spencer does feel things very deeply and she does portray that a bit better than Shay, but that doesn't diminish Emily's emotions either. Everybody's hurt in this show. Except maybe Alison who we can't really believe about anything.
