It just feels that way as a result of your endorphin levels returning to their baseline. This is known as PCD (Post-coital Dysphoria) and while it can be the result of certain issues, it can also be the result a low endorphin baseline. This baseline can be increased through building healthy habits such as eating well, exercising, meeting new people and enjoying hobbies as well as sleeping right. By increasing your natural endorphin rate in your body, it's much more likely you will not experience PCD, or at the very least on a less drastic scale.
